We work on a number of ways with our clients regarding our remuneration:
- number of hours times rate;
- fixed price;
- reduced rate times the number of hours and percentage over financial return;
- acquisition of a fixed number of hours per year at a reduced rate;
- fixed price per collection process + percentage over the collected amount.
Dutch lawyers are not allowed to work on a basis of ‘no cure no pay’ with the exception of personal injury cases. For personal injury cases the Dutch Law Society has set special conditions which we will gladly advise you personally.
Our hourly rate differs from € 175,- up to € 275,- + 7% office costs and 21% VAT depending on the experience of the lawyers, the financial interest of the case and the size of the company when we act for a business.
